To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fairness across our network of dedicated stockists, we carefully review all wholesale applications.

Below you will find the guidelines and terms for establishing a wholesale relationship with Paw Cuisine / Southern Pet Food.

To apply for a wholesale account, please email us at office@southernpetfood.co.nz or fill out our contact form with your business name, NZBN, store locations and a brief description of your business. Our team will review your application and be in touch within 2-3 business working days.

By applying for and purchasing through our manufacturing business; Southern Pet Food, wholesale account, you agree to the following terms and conditions;

1. Authorised Resale and Account Approval

We value our official partners and protect their investment in our brand. You must be an approved wholesaler to on-sell any Paw Cuisine products. If you purchase our products and on-sell them; including but not limited to products purchased from us and removed from our packaging and then rebranded and on-sold under another brand; without being an officially approved wholesaler, your account will be immediately revoked and you will no longer be able to purchase from us in any capacity.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening Order: A minimum opening order of $____ is required to activate your wholesale pricing.
  
• Re-orders: Subsequent orders must meet a minimum value of $_____ or ______ units.
  
  

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in NZD and are exclusive of GST and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Approved wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• Payment is required; first order is prior to dispatch, following that on 20th of the month invoice basis; unless alternative credit terms have been formally established and agreed upon in writing.

4. MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price)

While you are free to set your own retail prices, we ask that our wholesale partners respect our brand positioning. Products should generally be sold at or near our suggested retail price, which will be provided in our wholesale catalogue.

5. Shipping and Fulfilment

• Wholesale orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination within New Zealand and will be added to your final invoice.
• Any missing items or damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

6. Brand Representation and E-Commerce

• Paw Cuisine products must be displayed in a clean, professional manner that aligns with our brand values.
• If you intend to sell our products on your own independent e-commerce website, this must be disclosed during the application process.
• Selling Paw Cuisine products on third-party marketplaces (such as TradeMe or Facebook Marketplace) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Account Termination

Paw Cuisine reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account at any time if the terms and conditions are violated, or if the partnership is no longer mutually beneficial.
