At Paw Cuisine, our air dried treats are made from 100% natural ingredients. Because of this, variations in size, shape, colour and texture are completely normal and considered faults.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Natural variation in product appearance
- Palatability preferences (eg: your pet chooses not to eat it)
However, we will absolutely stand behind our product if there is a genuine issue.
What Qualifies as a Concern?
Please contact us if your product:
- Appears spoiled or has an abnormal odour
- Shows signs of contamination or foreign material
- Has packaging damage affecting product quality
- Is not what you ordered
Complaints Process
If you have a concern, we ask that you:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product
2. Provide your order details
3. Include clear photos of the product and packaging
4. Keep the product stored correctly until the issue is issued
Once received, our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate outcome.
This may include:
- Replacement Product
- Store Credit
- Refund (where applicable)
